Justice Court

Criminal matters, traffic summonses, parking violations, and Village code violations issued within the jurisdiction of the Village of Larchmont are adjudicated by the Larchmont Justice Court. The Justice Court also handles small claims matters, as well as civil and criminal cases originating within the Village.

Court sessions are generally Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Court Room of Village Hall (second floor).  Please check the Village Calendar for actual schedule information. Please contact the Court Clerk in advance to see if and when your case may be placed on the Court calendar.
