Athletic Fields
Active field reservations are available for viewing on our Athletic Field Reservations Live Calendar Viewers page. Application: Sports Field Permit Application Form
An application for an athletic fields permit must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the requested field use date. A completed application may be emailed to recreation@larchmontny.gov. The application must be signed and contain the following information: name of field, day, start time, and end time requested and applicant’s contact information.
If the field is available on that day/time, you will be contacted with the fee amount.
As a condition to the issuance of any permit, the Village may require a Certificate of Insurance which names the Village of Larchmont as an additional insured.
The completed form with the fee and Certificate of Insurance should be brought to the Recreation Department (120 Larchmont Avenue). The fee must be paid by check, made payable to the “Village of Larchmont”.
After the permit form, insurance, and the fee have been received, the permit will be approved.
Fees
A seasonal permit is a permit with 13 or more consecutive weeks of usage. Please see the table below for fee details. No refunds will be issued.***Please note: The Fees below are as of 2023. These fees are subject to change for 2024. Official fee amounts will be published in Spring 2024.***

Closing of the fields is at the discretion of the Village of Larchmont with prevailing conditions of the field and the weather. Field closing will be posted at the field.
