The Committee on the Arts is comprised of volunteer Village residents appointed by the Village Board of Trustees. The Committee is responsible for organizing the annual Summer Concert in the Park series as well as the annual outdoor art exhibition. The concerts take place on Thursday evenings in July in Flint Park. The Larchmont Arts Festival is usually scheduled for a weekend day in the Fall and is held in Constitution Park next to Village Hall.
