NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Larchmont, New York, has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, March 8, 2017, at 8:15pm, in the MUNICIPAL BUILDING of said Village, 120 Larchmont Avenue, to consider the following:
CASE NO.1948: 49 Monroe Avenue, Larchmont, NY R-7.5 District (7,500 sq. ft. Residential Zone) Village Assessment Map Block 706 Parcel 11
Application of Edward Z. Jacobson, Architect, for H. Susanto, owner, for construction of a 2-story addition. The proposed construction permits a maximum FAR of 0.58 and the proposed FAR is 0.73; maximum permitted lot coverage is 0.48% where 0.61 is proposed and the proposed addition has a lesser side yard setback of 11.4 ft. where 14 feet required; the proposed addition is also in violation of Chapter 381-37-B (FAR); 381-37D.2 (side yard setbacks); and 381-38 (lot coverage); all in violation of Chapter 381, the Zoning Code of the Village of Larchmont. CASE NO. 1949: 1 Woodbine Avenue, Larchmont, NY W District (Waterfront Zone) Village Assessment Map Block 717 Parcel 1
Application of James Fleming, Architect, for The Larchmont Yacht Club, owners, for construction of an electrical services building with shed on the Club property. The proposed construction requires a Special Permit in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 381-47 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Larchmont.

Application of William G. Winters, Architect, for Mr. & Mrs. P. Lesage, owners, for alterations to the mudroom entrance. The entrance requires a variance of 5 ft.-6 in., as the required side yard setback is 13.6 feet and the proposed setback is 8 feet, in violation of Chapter 381-37D of the Zoning Code of the Village of Larchmont.
