Application of Diane Neff, Architect, for Ernest and Rachel Karpeles, owners, for an alteration of a screened porch and basement where the minimum side yard setback is 9.5 feet and the proposed setback is 4.5 feet and the minimum combined side yard setback is 23 feet and the proposed combined side yard setback of 21 feet in violation of Chapter 381-37(D) 1 and a FAR of 0.64 where 0.62 is the maximum allowed in violation of Chapter 387-37(B) 2 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Larchmont.
