Welcome to the official site for the Village of Larchmont, New York!

We are located just outside the New York City metropolitan area, and pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, small town atmosphere. We are happy to provide this website as a source of communication for Village residents and for electronic visitors from both near and far.

Newcomers to Larchmont will be joining our 6,600+ residents in a village, located just outside of the New York City metropolitan area, where we take particular pride in our efforts to preserve a small-town community atmosphere. Our staff is small and responsive. Our volunteer organizations are strong and energetic. And the Village government makes a point of sponsoring a calendar of community events intended to bring people together. So, thanks to the efforts of our many volunteer committees and boards, you can participate in activities such as:
