The Village Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the Village, responsible for all financial accounts and reporting. The Treasurer oversees the investment of Village funds, manages the periodic issuance of debt (bonds and notes), and functions as the Tax Receiver for the annual collection of the Village taxes. In addition, the Village Treasurer oversees the daily operations of the Treasurer’s office which includes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

Additionally, the Treasurer’s Office can provide you with assessment and water account information. 

The Village's finances are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Accounting records are structured in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts as mandated by the State Comptroller's Office.
