The Board of Assessment Review is a three-member board, comprised of Village residents appointed by the Board of Trustees who serve at a volunteer capacity for three-year terms. Pursuant to New York State Real Property Tax Law, this Board has the authority to determine a real property's assessed value based on grievances submitted by property owners.
