Have a summons, ticket, or violation that needs to be paid? Need a Court hearing scheduled? Then the Justice Court of Larchmont is your headquarters.
Court is typically held on Tuesday evenings in the Court Room of Village Hall (second floor). If you wish to address the Judge on a matter, please contact the Court Clerk in advance to see if and when your case may be placed on the Court calendar.
The Justice Court office also handles small claims matters, as well as civil and criminal cases for the Village.
