Application of Conte and Conte for Starsix House, LLC c/o HKP property owner. The applicant is requesting a variance to Village Code §381-41K(3) which states “the maximum width of a driveway located within 20 feet of the front or side-front property line shall not exceed 12 feet”, and the proposed driveway is greater than 12 feet at a distance of 12 feet 7 inches from the property line.

R-12.5 District (12,500 SF) Residential Zone

Application of Robert Keller of Keller Eaton Architects for George Saghir property owner. The applicant is requesting (1) an accessory structure rear yard setback variance whereby 5 feet is required, and 2 feet is proposed, and (2) an accessory structure side yard setback variance whereby 5 feet is required and 1.5 feet is proposed.

The applicant is requesting (1) a side yard setback variance whereby 12 feet is required, and 7.9 feet is proposed and a (2) “Both side yards” setback variance whereby 28 feet is required, and 21.6 feet is proposed.
