Elk Homes has submitted site plan and special permit applications for a proposed development of the property at 108-114 Chatsworth Avenue.

Below please find all applicant submittals, village board and consultant memos and official documents related to the proposed project. These materials, as well as any other submitted materials, will be available for review at the Village Hall clerk’s office during regular business hours.

All meetings of village boards are open to the public. All meetings can be found on the Village Calendar, as well as posted on the message board in front of Village Hall.
